An absolute gem! From start to finish, Filigrana delivers a dining experience that feels both soulful and refined. The food is nothing short of extraordinary — every dish bursting with flavor, intention, and artistry. You must try the chef’s selection; it’s a beautifully curated journey that tells a story with every course. The service is just as impressive as the food. The servers are warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They make you feel taken care of without ever being overbearing, and their knowledge of the menu and ingredients adds so much depth to the experience. The chef is truly brilliant — each plate feels like a love letter to Mexican cuisine reimagined with elegance and emotion. The attention to detail, from presentation to pacing, is impeccable. Filigrana is the kind of place that reminds you why dining can be an art form. Worth every single penny, and I will absolutely be returning the next time I’m in this beautiful city.

I was SO delighted by Filigrana. I have dined at Michelin restaurants around the world, but this blew me away, from the exceptional service, to the amazing food, and the gorgeous ambiance. My partner and I booked a last minute reservation on a whim, and the restaurant was very quiet; we almost decided not to go since it was so quiet. And yet, we are SO grateful we gave Filigrana a chance. The cocktails were balanced and delicious, and we enjoyed the tasting menu - exceptional quality, from start to finish. The mole was a particular standout! My partner, who normally finds mole overly bitter, was in love with it. The staff was a true highlight - Alex was our primary server, and was so attentive and helpful in explaining the various dishes. The team moved with synchronicity to make sure our glasses were always full, plates were cleared quickly, and each course delivered with precision; truly flawless. Filigrana is doing special things in Mexico City - a huge compliment to their stellar chef and front of house team!

I have to say that this is probably the best food experience that I have ever had. Every dish had nuances and flavors that were a mixture of surprise and delight. Service was excellent as we were made to feel like we were VIP’s. My only minor criticism was that the menu was a little confusing at first, but our group ordered a wide variety and literally every single dish was mindblowing, from the appetizers to the desserts. I would highly recommend. Get your reservations in advance because this restaurant is going places.

This place was outstanding. First of all, it's beautiful inside, very warm and inviting, extremely nice atmosphere. Our waiter Christopher could not have been any nicer. We made a reservation and were seated immediately. There were three of us and we split two appetizers and two main dishes. The food presents as deconstructed, not just plopped on a plate and served but prepared, placed and beautifully presented. The food was delicious and just the right amount. We had the cauliflower dish (an absolute must), beat salad, open face tortilla and the potato croquettes. The cocktails were also very good and beautiful in presentation. Even though we're here for only a few days I would definitely consider going back for another meal and would highly recommend this restaurant.

We really enjoyed the ceviche and the roasted cauliflower was one of our favorite dishes we had in CDMX so far! The mole pollo didn’t leave us with the best memory. Highly recommend going especially just for the roasted cauliflower

Stumbled upon this spot on our way to the Anthropology museum!! Food was hearty, fresh, and satisfying. You must get the meat to share!!! They keep replenishing your tortillas and toppings and we also got the potato and Mexican rice on the side. In addition to the entree, we loved the sea bass ceviche and the citrus custard bun, such interesting flavors. Service was top notch too.

Such an amazing restaurant. Service was top tier and very accommodating. The food was stellar, We ended up ordering a bunch of dishes and just sharing everything. They even split our 2 orders of vampire ceviche onto 3 smaller plates for us. Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. For 3 of us We had the vampire ceviche (2), short rib tacos (2), open face quesadilla (1), the white fish entree, beef tongue, and the Chiles en nogada. Also make sure to try a side of beans (amazing). A little corn cake and the adorable after dinner small treats.

We are here for a second time because we simply had to try more of their amazing food and cocktails. The flavors are incredible, the presentation stunning, and the service spectacular. One of the memorable and unexpected treats was the plate of mini desserts - the salted bougainvillea jelly cubes - wow!! But truly, everything we had was delicious and memorable. Alex was wonderful - he was attentive, welcoming and provided excellent suggestions. We also managed to get in on a Saturday night without reservations. Highly recommend!!!
